Lead by the youth and young adults of McMinnville, Backyard Bible Club is a two month long program designed to engage children in learning about Christ through songs, games, and daily devotionals.

We want to teach the kids in Kids of the Community how important it is to give back to others. Each week the kids split into groups of about 15 and travel to various organizations to serve. Some organizations that we will be serving this summer include Meals on Wheels, various nursing homes, and law care/trash pickup throughout the county. Each week as a reward for the kids serving the community, Thursday's are set up as fun days where we either have team building exercises or travel as a group to different activities in the middle Tennessee area. Some field trips that we are planning to do this summer include a Chattanooga Lookouts game, a splash park in Mount Juliet, and going to Tennessee Agricultural Center.
